Dillon "D-Boy" Masington, despite his age, has been training in BJJ, wrestling, submission grappling, Combat BJJ and MMA for more than 2 decades. During that time frame he has amassed a combat sports record which includes over 280 Wins in competition with 14l1 submissions in under 1 minute and with 119 of them by way of what has been described by several experts as "the best straight ankle lock in the world". Currently a BJJ black belt and a professional submission grappler, D-Boy is quickly becoming one of the best and most popular grapplers on the national circuit

Nick did not begin formal martial arts training until 1999, at the age of 35 after many years a sa competitive bodybuilder and power lifter. Currently a purple belt in BJJ, Nick has cornered over 125 MMA fights and over 600 grappling matches in the years since opening RPFS. He is our head children's instructor and runs our "Basics" grappling class. 

Sandra Masington began her marital arts training in the art of Tae Kwon Do under Grand Master Robert Newnow (10th Dan). She is a certified assistant martial arts instructor under Mater Nenow, currently holding the rank of Brown Belt. She is a 4 stripe Blue Belt in BJJ, trains kickboxing and is both the owner and President of RPFS and our Mat Rat's Instructor. Sandi's personality and instructing abilities make her a favorite with children and parents alike. 

Brian Hawk is one of the longest standing members at RPFS having joined the team way back in 2006! With extensive competitive  experience both on the mats and in the cage, Brian is currently a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has quickly become one of our more popular No Gi instructors.

Matthew "Big Red" Breiner is a professional MMA fighter who, before turning pro, boasted an amateur record of 5 - 1 which included 4 victories via devastating knock out. At 6' 1" tall and well over 200 lbs, Matt, who came to the world of MMA via college football, is not just a great fighter but an outstanding athlete. Known throughout PA for his striking abilities, Matt's physical prowess combined with his unique personal charm makes him a welcome addition to the RPFS striking staff. 

Matthew was a part of the RPFS family before being selected for Season 7 of the Ultimate Fighter reality TV show which launched what would end up being a 9 - 3 record in the UFC. One of the most naturally talented MMA fighters in the world Riddle is one of the only 2 men in history who fought every professional fight in his career in the UFC before parting ways with the promotion in 2013. Now professional wrestle who recently signed a 3 year deal with WWE, the "King of Bros" continues to stop[ in and run a class or two when he's back in the area. 

At long last we are honored to welcome Meredith to the RPFS staff! A true Rat Pack “O.G.”, few in this business have trained harder or longer than this gal! A BJJ blue belt with striking power and a skill set which puts most of the boys to shame, don’t miss your opportunity to train with one of the toughest ladies in the business. 

Joel Roberts is a professional MMA fighter with more than 20 pro fights. During his MMA career Joel faced a number of UFC veterans en route to becoming a 2X PA Cage Fight Pro Champion and a New Breed Amateur Champion. Joel has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 12 years and, after being awarded a Blue Belt "on the spot" by Grand Master Francisco Mansor, 9th Degree Red Belt during a 2006 seminar, he went on to earn his Black Belt in BJJ under Renzo Gracie Black Belt Brian Miller. Joel is the first RPFS member to earn his Black Belt in BJJ and currently serves as our head BJJ instructor and belt tester as well as our head MMA coach and corner-man. 

RPFS is honored to have at the helm of our Muay Thai Kickboxing Program 4X World Muay Thai Champion Eric Utsch of Allentown, PA. As one of the top Muay Thai Competitors and trainers on the East Coast, Eric's striking and teaching skills are in a class be themselves. His classes, like the man himself, are tough, detailed and intense and are not from the feint of heart ,However, for those who endure, Eric's Muay Thai sessions at Rat Pack represent true MMA training at its best and we guarantee he will make you a better fighter! 

Scott Muniz is our assistant Gi Instructor and is the newest addition to the RPFS staff. A truly "home grown" grappler, all of Scott's training has been at RPFS where he has firmly established himself as one of our best BJJ players ever both in and out of the Gi. A Black Belt,  Scott has a true love for the more Traditional BJJ style, Scott was an obvious and appropriate choice to help run our Tuesday night classes which focus on Gi training. 

The newest addition to the RP staff, Nate Rex is a true “mixed martial artist” with a winning record in grappling, super fights and MMA. Known for his amazing conditioning and off the charts strength,  Nate’s potential is limitless both as a competitor and as an instructor.
