DILLON "D-BOY" MASINGTON
Dillon "D-Boy" Masington, despite his age, has been training in BJJ, wrestling, submission grappling, Combat BJJ and MMA for more than 2 decades. During that time frame he has amassed a combat sports record which includes over 280 Wins in competition with 14l1 submissions in under 1 minute and with 119 of them by way of what has been described by several experts as "the best straight ankle lock in the world". Currently a BJJ black belt and a professional submission grappler, D-Boy is quickly becoming one of the best and most popular grapplers on the national circuit
NICHOLAS MASINGTON
Nick did not begin formal martial arts training until 1999, at the age of 35 after many years a sa competitive bodybuilder and power lifter. Currently a purple belt in BJJ, Nick has cornered over 125 MMA fights and over 600 grappling matches in the years since opening RPFS. He is our head children's instructor and runs our "Basics" grappling class.
Brian Hawk
Brian Hawk is one of the longest standing members at RPFS having joined the team way back in 2006! With extensive competitive experience both on the mats and in the cage, Brian is currently a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has quickly become one of our more popular No Gi instructors.
MATTHEW BREINER
Matthew "Big Red" Breiner is a professional MMA fighter who, before turning pro, boasted an amateur record of 5 - 1 which included 4 victories via devastating knock out. At 6' 1" tall and well over 200 lbs, Matt, who came to the world of MMA via college football, is not just a great fighter but an outstanding athlete. Known throughout PA for his striking abilities, Matt's physical prowess combined with his unique personal charm makes him a welcome addition to the RPFS striking staff.
MEREDITH KOONS
At long last we are honored to welcome Meredith to the RPFS staff! A true Rat Pack “O.G.”, few in this business have trained harder or longer than this gal! A BJJ blue belt with striking power and a skill set which puts most of the boys to shame, don’t miss your opportunity to train with one of the toughest ladies in the business.
SCOTT MUNIZ
Scott Muniz is our assistant Gi Instructor and is the newest addition to the RPFS staff. A truly "home grown" grappler, all of Scott's training has been at RPFS where he has firmly established himself as one of our best BJJ players ever both in and out of the Gi. A Black Belt, Scott has a true love for the more Traditional BJJ style, Scott was an obvious and appropriate choice to help run our Tuesday night classes which focus on Gi training.
LUIS RODRIGUEZ
Striking/grappling Instructor Luis Rodriguez first walked into RPFS over a decade ago, at the age of 30, with no prior training or fight experience. Within a few short years he dropped over 70 pounds and established a winning MMA record and garnered Rat Pack its 12th MMA title. Now a Brown Belt in BJJ and Black Belt in Karate, Luis enjoys nothing more than sharing his well-rounded skill set with the collective while helping other fighters achieve their dreams.
John Bduday
RPFS welcomes the newest addition to the instructor roster, John Buday! John has distinguished himself over the past two years by not only being a great addition to the room and team, but by always being willing and able to put it on the line in open competition. We are expecting big things from him in the future and are thrilled that he will be sharing his talents with the collective long into the future.
Zachery Kemmerer
When it comes to wrestling, Zach Kemmerer brings a wealth of experience to the RPFS mats as both a competitor and a coach! Under the tutelage of wrestling legends Jack Cuvo, Tod Kindig, and Jeff Ecklofone he went on to become one of the winningest wrestlers in Lehighton history (holder of the record for career tech falls with 4 district medals and over 100 wins). Zach followed up a 14 year career with 8 years of coaching before joining out ranks. We are honored to have him on board both as our head wrestling coach and part of our family!
