EDWARD ARNER: (Kickboxing/MMA) The MMA Nation is
spearheaded by former competitive kick boxer and long time Rat Pack instructor, "Kickboxing" Ed Arner. In addition to having trained extensively in both Muay Thai and American Kickboxing and having
participated in numerous martial arts seminars, Ed boasts an undefeated amateur record. His unique combination of size, skill and experience make Ed a formidable athlete and competitor while his easy going
personality and demeanor have made him one of the more popular at Rat Pack as evidenced by the growth of our Kickboxing program since its inception in late 2005.
