Beginning February 2011, Rat Pack Fighting Systems is pleased to offer both members and nonmembers the opportunity to add weight lifting/bodybuilding to their training regiment @ Rat Pack's Heavy Metal Gym located within our facility.

 RP's Heavy Metal Gym is a throw back to the golden age of bodybuilding training with, literally, TONS of weights, benches, racks, etc. Everything you need with none of the frills or nonsense of other "health club" facilities.

 Mind you, if you are looking to lose a few pounds around the middle after the holidays, RP's Heavy Metal Gym is not for you. If, however, you are looking to train hard and heavy in a no nonsense atmosphere, this is your training facility.
