Rat Pack Fighting Systems and the James Simrell MMA Association are proud to announce the opening of our newest location, Rat Pack's "MMA Nation" located on Broadway in Bangor, Pennsylvania.

The brainchild of Rat Pack's own "Kickboxing" Ed Arner and Forrest "the Wise Man" Meyer, the new Bangor location offers a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities including Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, Grappling, Cardio Training and more.

As one of the top Mixed Martial Arts gyms in the north east which boasts current N.B.F. Super Welterweight Champion Joel Roberts and current UFC fighter Matthew Riddle amongst its alumni, Rat Pack Fighting Systems is please to bring its unique brand of mixed martial arts training to the greater Bangor area.

Like the original, Rat Pack's "MMA Nation" will foster a positive family environment with a class and time for every age and ability and only one rule, no egos!
