Effective August 1, 2010 Rat Pack Family Fitness, Inc. and Rat Pack Fighting Systems, your number one source for mixed martial arts training since 2004, is pleased to announce, at long last, that we have added Traditional Martial Arts training to the already impressive list of disciplines offered at our Palmerton, PA facility.

Headed by long time Rat Pack associate and 6^th Dan Black Belt Master Kevin L. Kresge, American Tae Kwon Do under Grand Master R.C.Nenow.  Rat Pack's Dynasty Karate (RPDK) is unlike other RPFS programs in that it should be viewed as a journey, a personal life journey.

As members progress through the RPDK ranks, they come to realize that their training has become part of their lifestyle. Not just in terms of the physical benefits but, rather, as a total mind, body and soul experience. This impact upon ones being is known, in martial arts circles, as "Bushido"

The traditional arts program at RPDK can be studied and enjoyed by anyone, male or female, eight to eighty, who wishes for self improvement.

Make no mistake, members will be challenged by this program but the challenge will come from within the individual as they develop an intense desire to become the best they can be.
